Parenthood Dynamics: Each stage of a parenting journey is unique, and unique to you, whether you are a new parent or adding another child to the family.

Supporting Transitions: Family planning, pregnancy, and postpartum are some of the biggest transitions you can face which can produce some of the biggest unknowns in life. I am here to support you and navigate through this with you.

Reclaiming Identity: Identity inevitably shifts in parenthood, and it is important to not loose yourself in the time of transition. Together we will work to reclaim your identity and nurture you as you navigate motherhood and nurture your little one.

Insurance & Payment Info

  • I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Atena, Medcost, as well as private pay.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or health savings account (HSA) and is due at the end of each session. Cards are kept on file in order to process ongoing payments.

  • Individual self-pay counseling sessions are 50 minutes in duration at a rate of $125. I offer a limited number of sliding scale self pay appointments as well. When you pay for therapy through self-pay both confidentiality and treatment remain between you and me. Self-pay also promotes a focus on your health and strengths, rather than just on what’s wrong.

  • Often times one seeks therapy to improve certain aspects of their life or to understand themselves better, which has nothing to do with mental health disorder. Typically, however, insurance companies require that the therapist give you a “mental health disorder diagnosis”, regardless the reason you are seeking therapy.

  • Good Faith Estimates of expected charges are available upon scheduling your first session, or upon request. The purpose of the estimate is to give you an opportunity to manage your care costs and to prevent surprise billing.
